the story is also pretty amazing, i played it before i went to military service multiple times, thinking on replaying it again tbh. This is soo much better than most of the new indie horror shit games we get.

This is so good, thank you.

This was one horrifying experience, i went there and passed the night in that place.

Got it all recorded , indoors and the actual roof.

Just need to do some editing and i will put it up on YouTube.

Why rooftops you ask, because 2 years ago some sick freak held captive a high school student in the pre-roof section of that abandoned building. I got into the actual place managed to find some of the props, it's pretty self explanatory. Seeing it on TV is nothing compared to this, i'm glad that the man is behind the bars.

I will try to find some english articles on that case but i doubt that i'll find anything.

Sorry for my ugly english.

Inspired by this .

Recorded with a potato in pitch dark and the building is really claustrophobic, low ceiling walls getting closer etcetc. You can literally get lost in that complex.
Unfortunately i couldn't find any more info on this case

Sorry for posting it here, i thought i'm in General Discussion section. Someone move this if possible.

Yeah if someone played with this patch online or offline please post here.

I'm only going to play single player, but in games like Dead Island VAC works when you play alone too, so does VAC work in singleplayer in this game too ?

or does this work :
"-insecure"

and then check with :

"status"

I played this game a lot of times and i love it but i'm not sure if you need VAC for this , i mean CO-OP is not something huge or difficult.
Back when this was a mod a lot of people did not play this game because of that false rumor that you get banned because of COF, glad thats over but now this patch is a big question mark.

Good day!
So i really want to finish the game on nightmare difficulty so i'm thinking on installing this patch.

I just really want to know if this is completely safe, is there any way of getting VAC banned because of this ?

Sorry for being a moron.

So true, i got a list of music tracks in my steam profile. They remind me the most brightest and darkest moments in video games/movies.

Usually many have a connection with a character in a game, but your case is different. "I feel better now" one of the last sentences of Simon in the game. And for some reason you felt better too, there are several explanations for this but I'll just mention one of them here.

Generally this connection between person and character happens when you do not have your own personality, do not you have your own emotions, and when you see an important "icon" , that in this case is (the protagonist, Simon) end up having a greater immersion than a ordinary person, and feels just like the character. And that is one of the reasons you have used the same phrase. but yes, the game has its moral lessons.

And for me, the fact of going to therapy sessions, only worsens the fact of being depressed because you think (Gee, I must be really sick to be going to therapy sessions) and then, you feel worse than it already is. I do not know the reason for your depression, but try to have real friends, enjoy with them, enjoy the time with your family.

And how old are you? 16-20? get real, the real problems are yet to come, life is hard, but we do our best to keep it as happy as possible. Make new friends, help your real friends and in return they also help you, we make our own way to live.

But hey, it's just my opinion ...

family
My mom only , everything else is gone. But this doesn't bother me, she can put a smile on my face every time when i'm gridlocked.

I created this topic in here just because i don't have anyone else to talk with about all this, i'm around 20 now and making friends is extremely hard for me. I'm living in "virtual" life like many many others, i'm afraid the only thing i do now is making maps for portal 2 and playing video games. But i guess "getting real" is the only way out.

Thanks for your reply, appreciate it really.

I felt better after playing this game the first time, for it made me realise that no matter what problems may I have, there will always be someone out there who is 10 times more miserable than myself.

This is what i was thinking, realised it just now.
Thanks for the reply.

By the way, mind if I ask if you're actually clinically depressed or just feeling down 'cause of first world problems like everyone else on this forum?

I stay away from medicine :pills: but i have therapy session twice in a week if that's what you asking for, but i'm not sure if thats helping .  They just want to know my complaints, then give few tips... so useless.  But i always feel calm when i'm playing violent video games or watching evil movies.
