Greatest reunion today on an AoM server. People I haven't spoken to in years. Made me realise why I stayed on this forum for so long. Thank you Kaer for convincing me to play it with you <3

Finally, gum pains GONE.
I can now eat chips, drink ice, and chew on candy again without feeling like i'm gargling burning charcoals in my mouth.

Anyway, about Battlefront.

Good to hear!

Also, I've never played any of the Star Wars BattleFront games, not even the new one.
Mainly because I'm a member of the PC Master Race  :joebiden: :joebiden: :joebiden:

Do you guys think that they'll go all CoD/Halo on us and release a couple of DLC maps, each one costing like 10 bucks (I'm a spoiled, greedy american, so, yeah...)?
That'd be kind of a dickish move on their part...
Are you surprised when sentences don't end as you potato?

In other news, turns out the two Xbox 360 controllers there were in my house work so I wont have to get a Xbone one :barry:

First one was alright but the Y button was stuck, i unstuck it but it felt pretty weird, second one is fine but was a little dirty

1. Battlefront is on PC, all 3 of them.

The last time i played on console was when i was 5, playing Time Crisis with a buddy, i can remember that despite him using an analog stick and me using D-Pad keys to aim, somehow he lost more lives and got less points than me, i guess i'm just used to using arrow keys.

2. That is exactly what they're doing right now, why do you think a lot of people complained about the lack of content without the DLCs?

So, Sven Coop 5 is coming out soon...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3UqXjgkZbEQ

Anyone feeling excited for this!?
I know i do!

Also, been curious on how can i play CoF coop recently, found the famously released Server Browser.

And...

Found out that i can't even open it since i'm one of those poor bastard living in the middle of nowhere who apparently is undoubtedly stupid enough to still use XP in my crap excuse of a 4:3 CRT monitored, uncovered case, 2048 mb memory, DX9, 2008-ish built piece of junk.

No, the "XP" version put inside the .rar file does not work, the author is mistaken in assuming that version would work for Win32 app usage.

Picked it up on Steam (for free, no less!), and it's amazing! I've played plenty of other Half-Life mods, but I can't believe I never got into this one until now.

I'm even working on porting the two City maps from the Cry of Fear SDK into Sven Co-op, and it's going well. I'll have some screenshots (relatively) soon.

Tried out to find if my online experience has improved.

And the answer to the one million dollar question is a classic "nein", a solid "nope", along with a quality "screw you" for dessert.

Even with the servers in my country i still suck.

(Yes, that is a custom 9mmar. I can't help my modding hands.)

>sees ping

That's the kind of thing we overconsuming americans can't stand.
I legit know people who would throw a temper tantrums and smash their router over that.

That sucks, man.

Where are you located? I visited a relative in Egypt few weeks ago and the internet there was next level bad, but still cost same relative price as the one I got at home. Companies like Vodafone are making a killing off those people :stig:

I don't know too much about internet connection costs in other countries, but I do know that, culturally, us Americans go fucking nuts when our wifi bugs out, and temporarily shuts down.

Riots break out in the streets.
Members of Comcast are hung from streetlights like second-hand shoes.
A manchild collapses in the middle of the streets, cradling his broken internet router as if it was his firstborn child.
Pornography addicts begin a mad-dash search for any magazine, painting, sculpture, or stick figure on a cocktail napkin.

And the people who live out in the country, the ones who have lived with low bars and high PINGS their whole life, light their already-smoked-down cigarette butt, gaze over the spectacle of insanity, and weep.

But why the hell would you expect a rational reaction from the country with the most amount of gun murders and the most obesity?

A very large portion of America has shit internet (granted, no where near as bad as some countries).

Idk why you had to make two post talking about how insane Americans get over internet sucking. Most people I know get frustrated when shit they pay for stops working, but they don't flip the fuck out like you're describing (and yes, I do realize that you are using hyperbole in your posts). Maybe the Americans you know are hotheaded and irrational, but not the ones I know, so please don't say "us Americans" like that, you're using a very large brush to paint a picture normal people don't fit into.
