Anyone know how to view irf files?

I have this here irf file of some gameplay that id like to view but i cant find anything that will open it for the life of me. anyone know what can view these kinds of files?

I found this:

"Video file format recorded by some CCTV (closed-circuit television) DVRs, such as iVIEW Technology DVRs; saves H.264 video in a proprietary container format, but can be played back with the iFile Playback program and converted to .AVI files with the Irftool program."

You should download irftool.exe first to convert it to avi from this link

and click on DVR applications for  x86 Windows XP/Vista/7


then follow these instructions:
