Good to hear this masterpiece will finally be recognized as a standalone game. Also the new sounds are way more realistic, you guys are complaining about a decent improvement. Good work on those, James.

Awesome sounds, the shotgun sound is SO much better, I think. Can't wait to use these in action.

I think the sounds were quite good, but, is there a possible chance that real gun fire would be implemented? like recording a real Glock/Shotgun/TMP gunshot and such, i know it's hard, since you guys would have to either buy or borrow real weaponry or trying to find a recording place for that, but i'll just put it there.

Me and Andreas live in Sweden. We'd have to go to a real firing range, which is indoors, which means that I doubt any usable recordings would come from that.

Ah yes, of course, well, i still like the sounds you got...

Just some suggestions, have you guys implemented mag dropping?
You know, when you reload, the mag actually falls to the map, i know this could be done, i've seen it at HL - WE, but i don't know if it's possible here...

True that.
I guess that since most of the anouncement are done by Rumpel, many people thank him instead of thanking the whole team, but we know there is a real team behind that game and its updates. We don't forget it.

Well, personally what I don't like about the gun sounds is that in my opinion, compared to the old sounds, they sound very artificial and odd. Kind of like how before the Glock was just a loud "pop", and now it sounds more like a "Bang". That's just me though, still there are some sounds I do like better, like the Hunting Rifle one and the P345. Still, I know there just sounds and its not too big of a deal to begin with, but those are just my thoughts. Still am really excited to play the new stand alone
