Okay this happens every time I play
I'm playing the
standalone version of the mod
When I start up, press new game, the cutscene plays, everything is fine, suddenly, BLACK SCREEN. but it still works. I can hear my footsteps and the edges of the screen are fine. but they're barely noticable (about the size of the scrolling bar on your browser). So it's not like it's broken, somethings is just blocking my vision. Almost as if the character has cataracts or something. and when I pause it CLEARS up. Like nothing happened.
The pause menu looks like the game is supposed to but when I leave it, it goes back to black screen. Now I'm frustrated because I really wanted to play this.
I'm not sure what's causing this. I used steams "verify files" option to check for corrupt files, TWICE.
Can anyone help? I uninstalled and re installed already as well
