The game developes mainly by few persons using Xash3D Engine - which is in status of challenging by making Paranoia 2, like first independent project realised on this engine.
Creatures:
-local dynamic lights
-bump-mapping, specular mapping, parallax-mapping (for models and brushes)
-supports HDRL (High Dynamic Range Light Maps )
-well-organized its modding system
-particle system
-etc
Lentgh of time developing Paranoia 2 depends from number of experiments (70% experiments take).
Anyway - work with making new render finally finished. This fact gives us possibility to pay attention at working only with gameplay - last level of creating Paranoia 2.
