Models HELP!

i´ve started mapping and i have a BIG problem.

So first. the .mld files workes very good and the animations too.

but the second. Some of the .mdl files are very dark and are notvisible. all textures of the .mld file are fully filled with BLACK.
please tell me anyone how to fix it . (without Fullbright Pro this looks lightly and terrible"
