Nightmare mode not unlocked?

Ive beaten the game, gotten a C rank, and Nightmare mode isnt unlocked nor is any items that are soposed to be unlocked apon beating the game.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Option 1: Rage
Option 2: Restart from the beginning
Option 3: Both Option 1 and 2 (Screaming at everything while playing)
Option 4: Ask for help.

Probably have to start over. Or will just loading a save before the final boss work?

Ill try, also can someone with alot of unlocks please offer me their scriptsettings.dat file?

How strange.  Have you tried beating it again from the nearest save?  Are you sitting through the credits?  I don't know if you need to, but I only see unlock messages after the credits have ended.

I don't know if that's the issue though, so if you want it, I'm attaching my unlocks file. Here's my scriptsettings.dat.

-Doctor Mode
-Nightmare Difficulty

I haven't unlocked the camera, but it may or may not be available to you, as it's unlocking for people who haven't earned it, including myself.
