Huge signatures

Due to the fact that we've recently had some huge signatures on some people, I've gone and limited the max dimensions of signatures to 400x125. It now should be a little easier on the eyes when scrolling through large threads. Don't worry if your signature was bigger than that before, as it has auto-resized it for you.
