And lastly, avoid making a huge box around the map to "fix leaks". I don't know if you're doing it, but from the looks of it, it could be the leak causing that lighting bug.
I actually did this because there was an outside part to this map, however BulletProof helped me out with getting rid of the skybox over the entire map and only on the outside part but the problem still remains. I'm just gonna ignore this bug and continue focusing on the map then fix this bug once everything has been sorted out.

Just copy the section of the map to your clipboard and then delete it and rebrush it.
If it still doesn't work paste into a hammer file and upload.
You should've stopped when you lost the advantage.

Hello guys,
It's been a while since I did one of these and I want to discuss a few things about the project.

Is the project cancelled?

Short answer: No. Long answer: Well I took a huge break from mapping due to college work and not being able to find enough time to work on it but don't worry, it'll still be released but I don't know how long it'll be.

How long will it be until we can play it?

Okay I have an idea of what I could possibly do. I may have to make a demo showcasing some of the maps (probably the first chapter) in the project. But some of the things (i.e textures, music, models) won't be the final product so I fear that people would be turned off because of it. So expect a demo probably soon.

But for the final product, it won't be for a very long time so be patient.

What about voice acting?


Okay, I've been having huge trouble finding good voice actors for my project and I decided that I won't look for any voice actors until the demo is finished but you can still contact me for any roles.

Can we see some progress?

Of course but not yet, I still need to work on some stuff before I can show off some lovely maps to you guys. :D

Well that should be most of your questions answered so hopefully I can work on it in peace.

Man. I've missed a lot on this forum. These cool campaigns, hundreds of new pages in the Chat Thread, and new topics all around.

So, about this campaign, I think it looks great! Definitely a campaign that I will try to get to playing when I have the time (when it's done, of course).
