Alright, so for people who do not know what this is (Which I'm guessing is most of you). Pulsar Effect Roleplay is the most highly developed gamemode in Garry's Mod and has had a successful runetime of 3 years now. It is considered the best RolePlay system ever to hit Garry's Mod and has had immense amounts of work put into it.
But, recently the Gamemode and legal copyrights to the name Pulsar Effect was sold for an insane price of $500 to Venom, then it was sold to Killslick (AKA Killdick) for $550. Which then led them to put up this thread on the forums:

FAKE DMCA (Digital Monetary Commercialization Act) notices just so they can attract more players, this is sick and people should play their games freely without the monetary obligation of being sent to court. So I beg of you, spread around these links to Garry's Mod playing friends who know what this is. This was leaked by a good friend of mine and patched so it could be given out to the public for free so people could be free to host their servers
If anyone has any interest in hosting one of these servers, you need a good background in lua scripting and know how to set up a database (databases are really easy to set up, just do a quick google search you should find some good mySQL hosts with step-by-step instruction)
Oh, almost forgot, this version
ONLY WORKS ON RP_EVOCITY_V33X. The person who made it is willing to convert a version over to another map for cash.
That's all I have to say, I hope you took some time to read this, and not let Garry's Mod fall into a legal battle regarding gamemodes and become a cesspool of monetary gain.
