I deleted the Client.Dll on accident. How do I get it back?

I deleted it thinking it caused my problems. But when I tried to play on a server, it said that It's Clien.Dll differs from mine. How do I fix this problem?

Also, I can't load a single-player game. But it doesn't show a sign it's there. It just does nothing after I click "New Game" and the difficulty level.

Thanks. I got it back, but the message is still there. Where should I put Client.Dll, and it also says something about cl.dll

Try verifying the game from steam?
