Missing Book Pages

Idk if this is a tech problem or what but on my first run of the game I got 3 of the book pages and every time I've tried playing since I've gone to the missing 2 (the van and forest) but neither have been there, anyone know why this is happening? Is it a technical/map glitch or something?

I read that they disappear on the second playthrough

Does it mean I can never find the missing page in the forest if I didn't find it in the first play through?

In all seriousness though, I think the page you're looking for is in the clearing where you meet the sawrunner again. It's on the left handside of the cardboard plate with the doorknob on it. If you're careful you'll be able to pick it up without him coming for you  :yow:
