Video mode change failure Error?

Hello Cry of Fear Community, i have a problem with my game. If i start it, comes this error: http://prntscr.com/blr9g5
Can somebody help me? I updated my graphic driver, issue-scan from steam and i tried it with "-gl" in the console. 

Sorry for my bad english if i did mistakes, english is not my mother tongue. Hope u can understand me. ^^
