Co-Op Crashed - any way to get back where I left off?

I'm new to this forum so if this is posted in the wrong place, please direct me to the right one!

Was playing with a friend, got up to I think the subway part 3, then mine & his game crashed. Is there a way, through console or any other way to get back to that place (the subway)? I was really enjoying this game and it would be a real shame if there is no way to get back to where we left off.

To prevent future crashes from occurring, it's recommend to do the 64-bit patch for CoF. You must have 4GB+ of RAM and 64-bit OS to patch your .exe. Link: http://www.moddb.com/games/cry-of-fear/downloads/cry-of-fear-crash-patch-for-64-bit-users

Carefully read the description and follow steps when patching.

Now, as far as coop goes, trying to load specific maps will get you to the level you were at before but you will not have any inventory whatsoever. (this applies to campaign too). Just go back and replay it again until you reach the part again.
