Unfortunately, the original artist, guttyworks on tumblr seems to have deactivated/moved, and I can't find them again. Reverse image searching has turned up nothing but fishy-looking Russian art-hosting websites; not even a dA page.

I remember seeing that on guttyworks' dA under the title "Short Moment of Clarity." Unfortunately their dA, and all it's artwork, is deleted.
