I'm a bit puzzled as to what you're going to do x)
In a nutshell, are you going to change out the sounds and models in CoF with Starcraft related stuff?
As of right now my only intention was to replace some weapon/item sounds with SC related media. I've already made a small step into this (shhh) and I should have put two and two together and realized that SC does not have too many files to replace weaponry with without being a bit silly. Now, that having been said, it does not mean that a majority or all couldn't be replaced. I'll just have to dig deeper.
I've already replaced some of the sounds for the M16, Syringe, Revolver, Hunting Rifle, Switchblade (one of my favorites along with the M16
), vp70, browning, and hopefully in some time, the shotgun. I've already replaced the faster's death sound to that of the
medic's Zergling's, and made it's pain sound that of a zergling's growl. Now for some awesome paradox to occur and another modeler who can entertain the thought of teaming up with me and perhaps upgrade the garb of the 4 swedish cops into their futuristic, power armor boy scout'ed selves, then Yes, I would gladly be able to say I was planning to accomplish the latter. For now, just a mere sound exchangement.
Edit: Not all of the sounds will be Starcraft related. (This is mainly for the reloading sequences, and such, as there are no sounds for this in SC, but actual gunfire, yes.)
TLDR: All I've planned to do is change the sounds around of the weapons/items, and if somebody seconds the thought, I can work to changing the sounds of the NPC's as well. As to changing models, I'd require the assistance of a modeler with like interests. Good day Sir Stig The Stigly. 
Good god. I feel like shooting myself now. I just spent an hour working on an updates page with all the sound files that have been edited so far, along side current issues, and questions for the community, when the timer logged me out and I lost my post. *epic face palm* Words can not express the amount of anguish this has caused me. SIMOOOOOOOOONNNN!!!!

Current Issues:
syringe_insert/inject: These particular sound files seem to loop their replacements when altered, I have attempted to figure out it's cryptic measures by converting these files by themselves, together, and inbetween into the Marine's Stimpack voice files with no luck. Damn you!
Solution Found. Reverted to default.syringe_sleeve: This file when used in conjunction with the syringe works as expected, albeit the shotgun seems to share this sound as it will play this file whenever one equips the shotgun. Until I can get the above issues fixed, the shotgun will continue to harbor this issue.
Solution in postponed Progressgamestartup: This file originally collaborated quite well, but recently has been causing issues such as delayed playing of the file or none at all. I've found the solution to be an odd one. The user (or at least me in this case) must open up options, hit apply, then ok, then hit Escape, and they will find themselves at the difficulty selection screen. Hit return to menu, and it
should play.
Solution in Progress.save_yes/save_no: Loops upon saving Solution in Progress Reverted to default.
revolver_fire: This sound file does NOT contain Starcraft media, however due to not wanting to copy and paste a singular sound file for 4 different handgun/magnum variations (Glock/Ruger/Browning), I've chosen to temporarily use a filler that includes a douille. Will dig deeper for original sound files for the revolver, and hopefully, it's handgun counterparts. Solution Found.
