I'd say try ordering to the nearest country available that they can ship to at a registered PO Box or storage service, but that really depends on if you live close to the border, the import/export/customs/border secuirity, and if you have the means of paying for the storage and a reasonable way of transportation between the countries such as car or train. I had once ordered a replica Ocarina from the Zelda Nintendo 64 games and had it delivered to the city down from the border because it was more cost efficient than letting Canada Post handle it. The 35 minute drive saved me a 5% international shipping tax as well.
Edit: Damn, I just found out 38 Euros is like $50 here in Canada. Holy shit, is that the average price of shirts in Sweden/Europe? I spent $120 on a replica musical instrument, and a $50 shirt seems insane. Unless it includes the international costs of getting here.
