ASYLUM SUICIDE MAP


I decided to take the abandoned asylum map from the Cry of Fear SDK rework it into a Suicide map. This is the first of two versions of this map, and is designed to be played singleplayer; I felt this was necessary because so many Suicide maps are meant for co-op. That being said, I do intend to make a co-op version of this map in the future.

There is a Credits.txt listing the custom content and their creators, and README.txt that gives important info and gives installation instruction.

Could you do this for each of the unused areas of the Original Campaign along with Man hunt? Big props from me if you do! I would've done it but I don't want to go through the mapping tutorial  :P

I'd like to do that, but what I think I'm gonna do is work on my Custom Campaign, Alone, and, when that's finished, roll out a couple of updates that include new content, some of which will be new Suicide Maps (such as the main city map from the Cry of Fear Campaign).

I already have some ideas laid out for those kind of Campaign-based Suicide Maps, and I'd be totally happy to do some of them in the (relatively) near future.

Can you please release the RMF of the map? I'd like to see how you made it function as when I've tried adding ambient_fmodstreams, they don't play. I can get the timer to work, but when player dies they just respawn and no game over music is played and etc.
