Unfamiliar Levels?

I just installed AoM:DC for sven, and noticed there are some levels that are definitely not apart of my AoM:DC mod copy, like the apartments levels (aomdc_3sorgarden). I installed my copy of AoM:DC around 2012 or 2013, were new levels added since? Or maybe these levels are part of a special ending?
