Whenever I tend to play, the menus like the [TAB] inventory or any menus really, tend to just be a white blank page from time to time. I have no idea what causes this, but it is almost game breaking as you will sometimes need that menu to look at codes, phone numbers(mental hospital chapter) or to look at your inventory to select weapons. The only way I found to fix it was to simply re load the game from the save file
(exit from ingame to the main menu and load the save file) Its really annoying because it took me 10 mins to figure out how to progress further on.
btw its the stand alone version and i did not know where to report this issue
