Disabling the head bobbing (viewing jerks)

Hi all!
Anyone can help me to disable the head bobbing when Simon moves? The cl_bob console commands does not affect. Is this jerks are hardcoded in hl.dll file?

Dear developers, because you hiding the source code, I have a follow question. Can you for some fee build a hl.dll with no jerks?
If sources was presented I could have easily done it yourself, but as the source code is a top secret I ask you with such question.
